Farrow & Ball - A&D Sales Co-ordinator (40 hours per week)

We are currently looking for a highly organised individual to join our A&D Sales team in Los Angeles as a A&D Sales Channel Co-ordinator. We are offering this position on a full-time basis, the role will be home based and the ideal candidate situated in Los Angeles for regular connection with our A&D Sales team. Some travel made be required.

The A&D Sales Co--ordinator is an essential role within the A&D Sales team, responsible for managing all inbound designer engagement and support key sales-driving initatives across the North American market. This entry level role is ideal for someone eager to grow within a premium design brand, while gaining experience in sales, lead qualifications and CRM operations.

What we expect from you as the A&D Sales Co-ordinator:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound designer inquiries—responding quickly, qualifying leads, and routing opportunities to the appropriate sales contact
  • Own lead intake and tracking in the CRM, ensuring designer records are up-to-date, well-tagged, and actively progressing through the pipeline
  • Manage sample orders to drive conversion, proactively following up on activity and supporting outreach campaigns
  • Support the onboarding of new designer accounts through account setup and introductory communication
  • Prepare sales enablement materials for outbound efforts, including call lists, product suggestions, and designer insights
  • Partner with the A&D Sales Manager to identify trends in engagement and improve sales conversion across inbound channels
  • Coordinate and track follow-ups from events and showroom activity to ensure timely activation of qualified leads
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Farrow & Ball products, services, and brand values to confidently represent the business
  • As needed, attend designer focused events as a representative of the F&B brand and to drive engagement, retention, and conversion of our designer audience

Key Attributes:

  • Experience in sales support, customer experience, or inside sales roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and responding quickly to a dynamic workload
  • Proficiency or familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred
  • Service-first attitude and excitement about the interior design and premium home categories
  • High organized inidvidual with great prioritization skills
