What is ABA?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a well-established, research-based approach that improves behavior through the application of behavioral principles. ABA therapy is designed to enhance essential skills and improve the overall quality of life for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders.

  • Provide regular updates to parents and guardians on client progress, and accurately relay their feedback to your BCBA.
  • Adapt and refine individualized ABA therapy programs as needed.
  • Maintain effective communication with your BCBA to ensure high-quality support.
  • Show eagerness to learn and incorporate feedback into your practice.
  • Follow detailed instructions and seek clarity when necessary.
  • Be adaptable, working both independently and as part of a team based on program needs.
  • Ensure reliable transportation for traveling to clients' homes.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage the physical demands of the role.
  • Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification
