Job description

What:

This is a paid, 12-week, 10-15-hour-a-week remote program, with potential on site opportunity. An Accessibility Live/ Ten Fifty Entertainment Internship is centered around development, achieving goals, and mentorship.


Who:

The Accessibility Live/ Ten Fifty Entertainment Internship is designed for ambitious undergraduate students who are passionate about driving progress and creating meaningful change to help shape a more inclusive future. Students pursuing degrees in areas such as disability studies, business, communications, marketing, and related disciplines are encouraged to apply.


Deadline:

The deadline to apply for the 2025 Fall Accessibility Live/ Ten Fifty Entertainment Internship Program July 21, 2025, or until we have reached the maximum number of applications.

  • Internship interviews will conclude on July 28, 2025.
  • Applicants will be notified of a decision the week of August 1, 2025.
  • Fall Internship will begin on September 22, 2025 and end on December 12, 2025.


Office hours:   

The Ten Fifty Entertainment Team works remotely from various time zones. Interns will work with managers to set appropriate work hours. 


Background & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in progress
  • Must be a rising 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th year student 
  • Currently enrolled at a university/ college
  • Background in the field
  • Technologically proficient with experience in using Google Suite, Canva, and Airtable
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background screening 
  • Availability to travel within the U.S. (air and ground) 
  • Ability to provide a work/school sample of previous projects 
  • Relevant coursework in:

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be responsible for completing the necessary paperwork, if seeking college credits.

Outcomes: 

By the end of their internship, interns will attain practical experience, industry knowledge, project management skills, improved communication skills, and an expansive network. At Ten Fifty Entertainment, interns will gain a basic understanding of ADA compliance.  Interns may also have the opportunity to attend in person event(s).
