Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Representative. This is a 03+months contract to Perm opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working Hours: 8 AM 6 PM EST Monday-Friday
  • Training Schedule: 8 AM - 4:30 PM EST

  • Take inbound calls from Medicaid members, potentially some provider calls later
  • Help with ID cards, update member info, assist with the web portal, billing questions, general inquires, education on benefits
  • Average 30-40 calls per day, potentially more if it s a busy day

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; Must have good computer skills
  • Call center experience
  • Medical/healthcare experience
  • Adaptability - must be able to adapt to change
  • Must be a good independent worker
  • Medicaid experience is a huge plus
  • WFM experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED
