This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in starting their career in healthcare economics, data-driven decision-making, or business operations. You’ll work directly with key business stakeholders and gain firsthand exposure to designing data models, developing interactive dashboards, and enabling better operational decisions in a growing healthcare services business.

  • Develop and refine forecasting tools and data pipelines to visualize provider availability, patient volume, and geographic coverage by integrating data from diverse sources like spreadsheets, databases, and shapefiles
  • Conduct ZIP-code level supply-demand analysis and collaborate cross-functionally to define metrics around patient opportunity, provider load, and access, supporting strategic decisions in staffing and market coverage.
  • Aggregate, clean, and analyze operational data to create clear visual reports and dashboards that empower business leaders and internal teams with actionable insights.
