Partner Manager (Dublin, CA or USA Remote)


**This can be hybrid work from our corporate offices in Dublin, CA or a 100% Work Remote from your home office position depending upon where you live.

We are growing and looking for a Partner Manager to work closely with our financial institution partners, helping them optimize their current programs and maximize growth opportunities through strategic guidance and ongoing support.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with a portfolio of financial institution partners, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within SavvyMoney.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technology, and marketing teams to ensure partners are supported with timely updates, resources, and enhancements.
  • Work closely with SavvyMoney’s creative team to develop marketing briefs, campaigns, and collateral for both internal and external partner use.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies that reinforce SavvyMoney’s value, relevance, and measurable ROI for each partner.
  • Represent SavvyMoney at conferences, forums, and other industry or networking events to strengthen partner engagement and brand visibility.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement that enhance the overall partner experience and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance, KPIs, and partner engagement metrics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous growth.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or relationship management role, ideally within financial services
  • A passion for building strong client relationships and consistently exceeding expectations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse styles and personalities
  • Strong analytical, listening, communication, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated and collaborative, with a track record of meeting individual and team goals
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered


Base Salary

The annual base salary for this position is between $90,000.00 and $95,000.00 depending upon experience + Quarterly Bonus potential
