Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing data while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will act as a vital point of contact, answering inquiries and addressing concerns as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and maintain customer data in the company database.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
Resolve customer issues and provide reasons for discrepancies while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Verify and update existing customer records in a meticulous manner.
Assist in generating reports based on customer data and feedback for management review.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and improve workflows.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data entry software applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
