Takes initiative to assist team members as needed. Willingly accept additional assignments. Assists with internal/external projects involving the Workforce Center as requested by Management.??

Prioritizes completing all assigned tasks by scheduled deadlines. Utilizes time wisely and effectively for business-related activities. Arrives on time for all meetings and internal and external training.??

Utilizes business writing skills when corresponding with a team in writing.??

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 2 years' work experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, customer service, staffing or recruiting.?
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills?
Demonstrate strong customer service skills. Strong presentation skills with public speaking or outside sales experience?
Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources.?
Demonstrate knowledge of labor market trends?
Professional demeanor?
Sales or staffing experience preferred.?
Ability to work well in teams and independently.?
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)?
Valid Driver's License is in good standing and proof of current automobile insurance required.?
