Summary:

As a strategic leader within the Consumer team, the Meta (GAM) is responsible for driving high-level customer engagement, business growth, and long-term partnership forging Roadmap alignment and co-creation outcomes. This role focuses on executive-level relationship building, strategic account planning, and aligning customer needs with Analog Devices’ (ADI) innovative solutions. The GAM drives the Global strategy across stakeholders, collaborates closely with Field Applications Engineers (FAEs), Business Units, in close partnership with Meta to drive strategic collaboration and deliver value-driven outcomes that shape the future of what’s possible in CSG.

The successful candidate will also become a domain and subject matter expert in smart eyewear (Smartglass, AR/VR/Mixed Reality), compatible bands/smartwatches, and other emergent Consumer invest areas leveraging market insights to influence internal strategy and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Leadership

  • Identify, develop and execute on our Pipeline at Meta to achieve our growth ambition.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Lead strategic account planning, including opportunity identification, revenue forecasting, and design win tracking.
  • Drive annual price negotiations and commercial discussions to secure competitive positioning.

Market & Domain Expertise

  • Become a recognized subject matter expert in focused applications to influence our investment positioning to extract sustainable value-add solution engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer roadmaps, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions and investments in these applications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers as co-innovators to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.

Cross-Functional & Customer Collaboration

  • Partner with FAEs to align technical and commercial strategies for customer success.
  • Coordinate with Business Units to ensure timely support, solution delivery, and innovation alignment.
  • Engage customers as strategic collaborators, co-developing solutions and roadmaps that align with mutual goals.
  • Support customer visits, technical workshops, and executive briefings with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive Contracts and Sourcing strategy to mutual beneficial outcomes that supports the growth of the business.

Customer-Centric Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Global alignment, driving both the Account strategy and Executive engagement to accelerate partnership outcomes.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally and ensure alignment with ADI’s value proposition.
  • Manage quality, logistics, and operational requirements in collaboration with internal teams.

Thought Leadership & Representation

  • Represent ADI at industry events, conferences, and forums to strengthen brand presence and gather market intelligence.
  • Share insights and best practices across the organization to support continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced 8-10 years+ GAM/KAM driving successful customer engagement
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep curiosity and passion for technology, with a strategic mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $154,560 to $231,840.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
