The eShop Platform Specialist will be responsible for defining and executing on plans for the development of eShop platforms as they relate to serving the B2C transactions on the company’s eShop. Reporting to the Channel Customer Operations Manager this role will be a key player in the product management and design of complex ecommerce capabilities. This position allows growth and learning in a team focused on ecommerce and distribution operations for Analog Devices. It combines customer-centric business acumen with keen ability to translate customer needs and internal business processes into a frictionless experience for customers purchasing on Analog Devices’ eShop.

The role includes but not limited to:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of user needs, business objectives, operational efficiencies, and competitive landscape to define and scope product requirements for the eShop’s B2C platform.
  • Create roadmaps for improving customer experience and ease-of-use for payment capabilities.
  • Understand company’s B2C touchpoints and create integration plans for a uniform experience.  
  • Work closely with customer operations teams supporting eShop, the eShop business manager, and other leaders to scope and prioritize enhancements to the interface.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to oversee and project manage development and execution.
  • Advocate for the eShop in key company-wide IT initiatives to ensure the needs of the eShop are met and impact of other projects touching eShop is tested.
  • Maintain a prioritized feature backlog with a clearly defined scope, review test plans, and provide business approval for changes. Prioritize features and user stories that maximize business value.
  • Collaborate with the UX design and research team to implement impactful features that improve site usability and overall customer experience.
  • Learn company’s order entry mechanisms as they relate to current and future versions of ERP systems, and devise plans for tying in with eShop’s capabilities.
  • Present progress and execution to roadmap timelines to ecommerce management team.  

Requirement and Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree – technical/software or equivalent preferred   
  • 5+ years in ecommerce, software, IT
  • Knowledge of the ecommerce models and distribution channels
  • Semiconductor industry experience is a plus
  • Experience in using ERP systems (SAP etc) is a plus. Experience using Pricing software is a plus.
  • Excellent numerical analysis and documentation skills. Attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Collaborative networker – to work closely with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communications and presentation skills

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $94,000 to $129,250.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.

  • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
