Community Engagement Associate Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support to engage with our community and reach new communities both online and offline.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including workshops, webinars, community events and sponsorships.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, budget management, and onsite coordination.
  • Create comprehensive event timelines, run-of-show documents, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to develop event collateral such as invitations, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Identify partnership opportunities for co-promotion and collaboration on events.
  • Support sport sponsorship program from creation until execution.
  • Prepare post-event reports with key metrics, feedback, and actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Community Engagement Associate Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-4 years relevant experience in marketing is required.
  • Interest in community management and event planning.
  • Well organized person able to handle several tasks at a time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative ideas and campaigns.
  • Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Compensation:

$48,594 - $51,763 / Central, FL

$49,790 - $53,038 / South, FL

Schedule:

Full Time, 40 hours a week, during hours of operation

Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm

Work from home require Team Members to be in office twice a week.

Local travel to Community Events and Branch locations as necessary to plan and manage events.
