Do you love helping small business owners get control of their numbers and build profitable systems?

We’re looking for an experienced Fractional Controller to support up to 45 solo law firm owners already enrolled in our business growth program. You’ll join a team of Fractional CEOs, COOs, and CFOs, providing the financial structure, education, and accountability our clients need to thrive.

🔍 What You’ll Do

As a Fractional Controller, you’ll:

• Lead monthly 1:1 financial coaching calls with your assigned law firm clients.
• Conduct deep-dive reviews of financial reports, helping clients master the 7 key financial statements.
• Teach clients how to use those reports to drive decisions and profitability.
• Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts to spot cash crunches before they hit.
• Hold clients accountable for their goals—and coach them through resistance.
• Host group Q&A calls, answer client questions, and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing.
• Track client progress, document insights, and collaborate with your team.

🎯 What Makes You a Fit

• Do you have Prior experience as a Controller or in a senior accounting/finance role (small biz or entrepreneurial setting preferred).
• Do you possess a strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and cash flow forecasting.
• Excellent communicator, teacher, and accountability coach.
• Have you consulted with small companies and/or worked in entrepreneurial environments?
• Do you prefer practical, hands-on experience over academic theory?
• Bonus: You’ve worked with law firms or other professional services clients.
• You’ve read (and loved) “The E-Myth Revisited.”
• You believe in structure, systems, and helping others do what they need to succeed—even when it’s uncomfortable.
