Currently, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Promova team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind one of our most strategic product areas - Personalization & Tutoring. You’ll shape differentiated user journeys across key customer segments, ensuring each learner gets the right experience to succeed.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:

  • Generate high-impact hypotheses to improve user behavior and monetization within personalized user segments.
  • Validate hypotheses through user research, A/B testing, and data-driven analysis.
  • Own the full product development cycle: craft clear PRDs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive timely, high-quality releases.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 3+ years in product management, incl. 1+ year as Senior PM on a $3M+ ARR product.
  • Skilled in event-based analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
  • Strong understanding of the full AARRR funnel.
  • Experience running A/B tests across user cohorts based on behavioral factors.
  • Experience using personalization to boost Retention and LTV.
  • You have an English level of Upper-Intermediate or above.
