Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the AuD program - specifically the clinical education department.
Essential Functions
Create and maintain systems to assure efficient and orderly filing and retrieval of information.
Collection of vital documentation from students, preceptors and sites.
Interact with preceptors and associated staff members affiliated with off- campus clinical placements in a professional and courteous manner.
Utilize software specific to clinical education and patient encounter tracking.
Provide student support by preparing and distributing handouts and other related duties necessary for the stability and smooth running of the Clinical Education department.
Maintain data bases designed for patient encounter tracking and collection of evaluation data.
Assist in the management of all clinical facilities, involving student clinical training, as directed by and under the supervision of the department of Clinical Education.
Maintain laboratory supplies to ensure a safe, productive, and positive learning experience for the students and teaching faculty. Schedule calibration of equipment, service and repair.
Attend Clinical Education and other meetings, and take minutes when needed.
Coordinate and complete special projects within the department of Clinical Education and as directed by the Dean of OCA.

Required Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Minimum Of One Plus Years Of Experience.
Administrative or senior secretarial experience reporting to senior management or internship experience that supports similar experience.
Proficient in computer skills, including the Internet, Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel) Outlook and G-mail.
Excellent verbal, written and grammatical skills.
Physical Demands
Typically sitting at a desk/table

This position is classified as Non-Exempt, grade I. Compensation for this grade ranges from $$ 19.69 to $29.54 per hour. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
