The primary responsibility is to profitably grow the company's revenue and manage
our sales organizations in the Americas. The position reports to the Vice President of
Worldwide Sales.
The Director of Sales will be responsible for establishing annual business planning with a quarterly
review process for each distributor/representative. This planning includes budgets, account review, opportunity review, and agreed strategies and actions to accomplish the sales objectives.
Responsible for driving revenue growth in the Americas
Identifying target, high growth market opportunities for possible new product development
and facilitating technical feedback from account base to design and marketing at headquarters.
Providing credible monthly production and sales development pipeline forecasts
by sales organization and by customer and opportunity.
Select channel partners who are able to drive growth for PI and facilitate the training of
electronics distributors for both sales and technical matters.
Regular travel is a core component of this position
Conduct quarterly distributor reviews.
Provide and coordinate Sales & FAE training.
Provide monthly reports on regional distributor/sales representatives.
Hire, manage and develop commercial and engineering staff.
Requirements
BSEE or similar.
Minimum of ten (10) years of sales management experience in the power semiconductor industry
