Ingredion is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr Analyst, Procurement Execution LATAM (Portuguese speaker) to support transactional procurement activities and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

As a Jr Analyst, Procurement Execution LATAM (Portuguese speaker), you will…

Be responsible for executing procurement transactions, supporting LATAM segments, and ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance.
 

This role reports to the Procurement Operations Manager and collaborates with Buyers and Accounts Payable teams.

What you will do: 

  • Process Purchase Orders for Non-MRP generated and services Purchase Requisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and meet established KPI targets.
  • Communicate with suppliers to follow up on timely deliveries when needed.
  • Maintain and update supplier contact information and coordinate with Vendor Master for updates.
  • Collaborate with Procurement Operations and AP to resolve requisition, order, and invoice issues.
  • Share best practices and identify process improvement opportunities with other buyers.

What you will bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related discipline.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • 1–2 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and SAP Ariba experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
