We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Environmental Scientist to join our Hunt Valley, MD office. This position will support our Mid-Atlantic Fuel Compliance Program through field inspections, environmental testing, and technical report preparation. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with environmental site assessments, including soil and groundwater sampling.

Conduct field inspections and environmental compliance assessments for fuel systems (ASTs/USTs)
Perform environmental sampling of soil, groundwater, and other media
Prepare detailed field documentation and technical reports
Assist project managers and technical teams with data analysis and reporting
Follow safety procedures and project-specific work plans during all field activities
Support additional environmental tasks as needed across multidisciplinary teams
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
Willingness to perform field work in varying conditions, often as part of a small team
Experience or familiarity with:
AST/UST compliance, environmental site characterization, or remediation
Construction sites or environmental fieldwork
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to complete assignments independently and accurately
Note: This position requires specific driving duties. You must be able to pass a motor vehicle records check required by our insurer.
