We are currently seeking a qualified Groundskeeper/Level 1 Maintenance Technician for our Franklin Estates Mobile Home Parks located at 700 W. Meade Blvd Franklin, TN 37064.

1-2 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping, property management maintenance
Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions
Willingness to use technology/learn technology in a basic capacity
**Specific maintenance knowledge/skills will be tested for accuracy.
