Are you a proactive, organized, and tenant-focused professional with a knack for property management? Were looking for an experienced Internal Rental Agent & Administrator to join our team and help manage our residential rental portfolio from the inside out.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a self-managed environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys ensuring that tenants and properties are well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Coordination: Manage maintenance schedules, liaise with contractors, and ensure timely and high-quality repairs to maintain tenant satisfaction.

  • Tenant Liaison: Be the go-to contact for tenant queries, lease agreements, and ongoing communication.

  • Property Inspections: Conduct thorough incoming and outgoing inspections to uphold property standards.

  • Property Viewings: Organize and host viewings for prospective tenants.

  • Financial Administration: Monitor rent collections, manage invoicing, and track expenses. Prepare financial reports as needed.

  • Marketing & Leasing: Advertise available units, screen tenants, and manage lease signings efficiently.

  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all properties comply with current laws, regulations, and safety requirements.

  • Administrative Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date tenant files, correspondence records, and property data.

What You Bring to the Role
  • Minimum 2 years experience in residential property management.

  • Strong proficiency in property management systems and tools like Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • A professional, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and multitask effectively.

  • Reliable internet access and a dedicated remote work setup.
