๐ Customer Service Professional with Georgian๐
(Remote across Poland)
Your daily tasks:
โ Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);
โ Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
โ Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
What do we expect from you?
๐ Language: Proficiency in Georgian (C1/native) and English (B2) or Polish (B2)
๐ผ Experience: Cool if you have experience in medical project
๐ป Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
๐ Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.
