Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated *Senior Machine Learning Engineer* with strong experience in building scalable AI systems, especially those involving *LLMs, **RAG *, and *Generative AI* technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end product ownershipfrom research and experimentation to deployment in production environments. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing intelligent systems that power mission-critical solutions for top-tier global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead development of machine learning products and end-to-end AI pipelines with a focus on LLM-based solutions and RAG systems.
* Build, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) and chatbots for enterprise clients using LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, and other relevant frameworks.
* Architect, containerize, and deploy ML services using *Docker, **FastAPI, **CI/CD pipelines, and **AWS* cloud infrastructure.
* Implement prompt engineering strategies to optimize generative model performance for applications like chatbots, document processing, and recommendation systems.
* Guide the design and integration of ML-powered APIs and ensure seamless coordination with frontend/backend systems and client interfaces.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, frontend, DevOps, Product Managers) to align machine learning projects with business goals.
* Mentor junior ML engineers and data scientists, offering guidance on algorithms, code quality, model evaluation, and production readiness.
* Develop and maintain robust monitoring systems for model performance and reliability, including real-time error handling and logging.
* Drive innovation by exploring emerging techniques and applying research to real-world problems.

* *ML & DL Techniques:* RAG, Finetuning, Prompt Engineering, NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems
* *DevOps & CI/CD:* Docker, Git, Bash, NGINX, GitHub Actions, AWS
* *Data Tools:* SQL, Jupyter, Confluence, Jira
* *Monitoring & QA:* Logging, Testing, Performance Optimization, Model Monitoring
* *Collaboration:* Excellent communication skills, client-facing experience, daily standups, sprint planning

Preferred Qualifications:

* Related Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related technical field.
* 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineer or related roles.
* Proven project experience with high-profile solutions.
* Publications or contributions to academic research in deep learn personalization vision are a plus.
* Strong portfolio of deployed AI systems or open-source contributions (GitHub profile appreciated).

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM

Work Mode: Full-Time Remote

Experience: 5+years
