Job description

Viziverse is creating a whole new genre of mobile video games! We're an exciting new startup founded by an experienced tech entrepreneur with multiple successful exits and degrees from MIT and Harvard Business School.

As a Computer Vision Engineer, you’ll have a chance to develop and implement computer vision such as gesture recognition, pose estimation, segmentation, multimodal AI, etc. for a novel approach to video-recognition based video games that are fun, cool, and showcase and build upon our technology’s innovative capabilities. Moreover, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with the founder and to work on things that will have a direct impact on the trajectory of both the technology and the company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Improve and innovate upon existing approaches for segmentation, pose-estimation, gesture recognition, SLAM, etc. for novel types of video games
  • Explore application of latest cutting-edge technologies such as Multimodal AI and VLM (Vision Language Models), etc.
  • If interested and capable, implement (as well as propose) games or other demos in C#/Unity to utilize new video recognition capabilities

Must-Haves:

  • Experience with C# development
  • Experience implementing and utilizing AI / ML models in C#
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python)
     
  • Ability to write clean readable code
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage one’s time
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Unity development
  • Experience with inference in Unity
  • Experience with Human Body Segmentation, Pose Estimation, and Gesture Recognition
  • Experience with Multimodal AI and VLM's (Vision Language Models)
  • Experience with Computational Geometry, Mesh Generation, 3D Reconstruction, NeRF, Gaussian Splats, etc. 
  • Experience with Monocular Visual SLAM
