We’re expanding our Content Development Team, and we’re on the lookout for a creative powerhouse who blends storytelling, instructional design, and a flair for innovation. 

This isn’t your average content job — you’ll be crafting immersive, story-led, scenario-based learning experiences using 3D assets, AI tools, and the latest in learning tech. From large-scale innovation projects to quickfire eLearning modules, you’ll work across a variety of exciting challenges.

What You’ll Do: 

·        Work with brilliant Subject Matter Experts to transform knowledge into powerful stories.

·        Use instructional design principles to write engaging, clear storyboards.

·        Develop visually stunning, interactive eLearning content (mostly in Articulate Storyline).

·        Think outside the box to excite learners and drive engagement.

·        Constantly push the boundaries of what’s possible with new tech and AI tools.

·        Turn complex briefs into logical, clear, and accessible content that brings learning to life.

·        Keep pace with our fast-moving environment and be ready to pivot when needed. 

What You Bring 

·        Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and storyboarding.

·        A passion for storytelling and visual communication.

·        A strong interest in experimenting with new technologies.

·        Experience creating scenario-based or story-driven learning.

·        Bonus points for video editing and working with 3D assets.
