Ensure each project is clearly scoped, well-resourced, closely monitored, and aligned with internal and group-level goals.
Coordinate with group-level functions to meet reporting obligations, support governance, and align on shared operational matters.
Deliver accurate inputs for board submissions, financial reports, audits, and cross-entity projects, while ensuring transparency and timely follow-through.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an added advantage.
At least 8 years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on lending, credit operations, or structured finance.
Proven leadership in managing teams and overseeing key functions such as credit, finance, legal, and compliance.
In-depth understanding of regulatory and licensing requirements in financial services, with practical knowledge of their application in daily operations.
Capable of executing plans effectively by setting clear expectations, firm deadlines, and defined ownership across all levels.
A hands-on leader with a strong operational mindset, sharp attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
