Technical Project Management - Sr Advisor II

About your role:

As a Sr Director Project Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving essential project initiatives within our organization, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and to optimize processes for enhanced performance.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee and lead complex project management activities in alignment with company goals.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to prevent potential issues.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and tools.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management.
  • 8+ years of experience in stakeholder management.
  • 8+ years of experience in budget management.
  • 8+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Certification in PMP, Agile, or similar project management methodologies.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Travel: Approximately 30% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.

Salary Range

$155,300.00 - $261,500.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
