What You’ll Do:

Deliver Top-Notch Patient Care
Use the full nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation—to provide evidence-based, compassionate care.

Think on Your Feet
Bring sharp clinical judgment and critical thinking to manage complex situations.

Medication Mastery
Administer meds and perform safety checks with diligence and care.

Educate & Empower Patients
Help patients and families understand procedures, treatments, and recovery plans.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education

  • Diploma from an accredited nursing program required.

  • BSN preferred.

Licensure & Certs

  • Active RN license (Single State or Compact) required.

  • BLS from AHA required.

  • NRP required.

  • ACLS preferred

  • PALS preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of recent NICU related nursing care required.

Skills & Strengths

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) required.

  • Collaborative, patient-first mindset.
