Senior AI Solution Engineer

About the Role:

• Strategically manage customer relationships, acting as an advocate, aligning Aitomatic Product capabilities with customer objectives, and mitigating project risks.
• Engage in the design of AI systems for industrial applications, staying updated with AI, machine learning, and data analytics trends.
• Collaborate with customers to define problem statements, architect solutions, translate needs into actionable tasks, and manage project lifecycles, including roadmap planning, execution, and quality assurance.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to effectively develop and deliver solutions within deadlines.

• Provide customers with technical solutions and training to maximize solution impact/value.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

Must-Have:

• Proven customer success or account management experience in a technology company, with a preference for experience in AI or machine learning environments.

• Exceptional ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.

• Strong project management and communication skills.

• Ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into actionable, technical plans.

• Comfort with data analysis and ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.

• Solid understanding of AI technology, including a background in AI system development, Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms, and AI solution deployment.

Great-to-Have:

• Experience in a start-up or fast-paced technology environment.

• Proficiency in Python, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud computing platforms.

• Experience with customer success and growing customer relationships.

• Familiarity with industrial AI applications and the unique challenges they present.

Education:

Masters degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, physics or other related disciplines, with a preference for specialization in AI, machine learning, or data science.
