Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Franchise Project Manager plays a critical role in guiding clients through the franchise development journey. You'll serve as the central point of coordination across legal, marketing, design, and operations teams while maintaining excellent communication with clients. This is a client-facing, detail-driven position ideal for a proactive, organized professional who thrives in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines for each client.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate internal resources, including legal, operations, marketing, and design.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Host kickoff meetings, milestone reviews, and handover calls.
  • Monitor progress using project tracking tools and proactively manage risks.
  • Ensure timely delivery of quality outputs that meet franchise compliance standards.
  • Document all communications, approvals, and materials throughout the lifecycle.
  • Lead internal team check-ins to drive accountability and mitigate delays.
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on project health and bottlenecks.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance overall delivery.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or client services.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (clear communication required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Confidently manage timelines, coordinate teams, and deliver to deadlines.
  • Friendly, professional, and client-centric in communication.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in franchise development or a similar high-volume project environment.
  • Prior work in a B2B client-facing role.
  • Familiarity with task tracking or CRM tools (e.g., Trello, Monday, or similar).
