Product Specialist

With in-house developed products for Enterprise Service Management and Data Management, we deliver powerful solutions to large companies and businesses for both the private and public sector. We’re situated in Sundsvall Stockholm, in Sweden, and have appr. 40 employees.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


The product specialist creates, develops and implements work processes in our product Easit GO. The role can involve both permanent assignments with customers or shorter and parallel assignments in project form. The role works close to the customer, works proactively, and is a catalyst for ideas. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden.

ROLE RESPONSIBILTILES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Pay attention to customer needs and come up with solutions

  • Configuration / adaptations in Easit GO

  • Capture the customer's exact requirements in depth

  • To run, facilitate and participate in workshops to find solution proposals for the customer

  • Educate customers in the product Easit GO.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven previous experience as Product Specialist or similar

  • Hold a degree or relevant qualification is desirable

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, both in Swedish and in English

  • Good understanding of technology and how it is applied in business

  • A genuine IT interest

  • Knowledge and experience within Microsoft programs, e.g.AD, Excel, Power BI and Azure

  • Experience of working in processes

  • ITIL certification is meritorious.
