Sales Branch Manager - Business Development skills are a must, working within a tightknit team within Healthcare Recruitment, you'll have to hunting abilities to grow this ever evolving brand! Can you have commercially astute conversations? Can you win the hearts of a client and genuinely care? Have you worked in recruitment (Healthcare or Education) READ on.... open your own branch!

This role is WFH whilst you build the branches hours - then into branch after 6 months!

Expected experience

A minimum of 2 years business development experience within healthcare
At least 2 years' experience leading/managing a team demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire
The ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure
Target driven, with a proven track record of exceeding KPI's
Organised and strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal English Skills
Previous experience within healthcare is desirable, although not essential
Personable individual, who enjoys developing relationships with both staff and clients
