Min 2.5 years Proven Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role Exceptional time-management and organizational skills Strong communication skills—both verbal and written High level of professionalism and discretion

Core responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling and reminding them of upcoming meetings and appointments Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the executive, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication Assist in the creation, documentation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Help the executive stay organized by prioritizing tasks, setting reminders, and providing status updates Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal team members, ensuring clear and timely communication Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning when needed Organize digital and physical files to ensure quick and easy access to necessary information Support the execution of projects and tasks by tracking deadlines and maintaining progress reports
