Role: Business Analyst
Location: Houston, TX (100% Onsite)
Duration: Long term

Description:
Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders to document requirements, prepare flowcharts and presentations. They must understand how process, services and software changes can improve organization efficiencies and add value balanced against what's feasible and reasonable both financially and technologically. Primary responsibilities will include: working with Business Alignment managers to facilitate engagement with groups that require IT resources, documenting the respective department's justification and objective (which goal(s) are impacted?), compiling meeting minutes, preparing business process documents and flowcharts, communicating with Business Alignment leadership and other stakeholders.
