Job Description
We are looking for Hyperion developer who would be responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of all the Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications. The person should have a hands-on experience developing and maintaining forms, tasks, reports, business rules, outlines, calculation and reporting scripts, load rules, batch scripts, security, managing meta-data / core data loads and validations.
Accountabilities:

Perform coding and/or configuration changes to enhance and maintain the existing Oracle EPM / Hyperion applications, including Planning, DRM, Essbase (BSO and ASO), Hyperion Financial reports
Designs, develops, implements, documents, and tests changes to the EPM/Hyperion platform .
Provide technical support, including the analysis, design, development and implementation of system enhancements and fixes for production incidents.
Support users with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models
Employ knowledge of Essbase to facilitate better deployment of Planning, application security, and other interface tools
Participate in the design and testing of data and metadata integrations.
Responsible for creating well-designed scripts, forms, reports, formulas, variables, mappings, hierarchies, and other system components.
Responsible for daily maintenance and operations of Planning/Essbase- Responsible for batch, integration, and scripting

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional, technical experience required.
4+ years of experience using Hyperion, as well as development and administration experience (including Hyperion Financial Reports, Essbase, Planning, DRM)
Experience with Automation Scripts (MaxL) and integration of the full Hyperion suite.
Exposure to Agile methodology is desirable.
