Job description

• Support tendering and sales processes by preparing and submitting required documents.

• Manage email communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Conduct accurate data entry and record-keeping using Excel and web-based tools.

• Track and follow up on shipments and project updates with manufacturers (mainly in China).

• Assist with internal admin tasks related to lift registration, installation scheduling, and logistics.

• Collaborate to ensure smooth workflow and timely responses.
