Lead and grow two technical squads (ML and Agent Engineering)
Own and evolve the system architecture with a focus on scalability and performance
Stay hands-on when needed, especially around major releases
Drive engineering excellence through best practices, code reviews, and mentoring
Collaborate with product and design teams to build new voice features
Support enterprise clients with onboarding, integration, and workflow optimization
Foster a culture of ownership, fast iteration, and continuous learning
3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Strong backend experience, building distributed, low-latency, or real-time systems
Proven track record of building or scaling infrastructure used in production
Bonus: experience in voice technology, speech recognition, or deploying ML systems
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
