With a strong background in data analysis, management, leadership, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally with key business stakeholders, the designated consultant will work with Yoonir to guide the development and implementation of data analytics solutions. Also, to oversee the data pipeline, guiding the transformation of raw data into actionable insights. The consultant will use their expertise to oversee and enhance the BI landscape and provide strategic recommendations to help drive business and solution performance; at the same time work closely with leadership of Yoonir and key stakeholders to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the BI strategy to support company objectives and enhance decision-making across all business units.
- Mentor, and manage a team of BI professionals, providing guidance, and performance management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and business units to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
Data Management & Analytics:
- Oversee the design and implementation of data infrastructure, ensuring it supports effective BI operations.
- Advise the BI Development team on:
- Management of the end-to-end BI lifecycle, from data collection and integration to reporting and visualization.
- Development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to track KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Implementation of best practices for data quality, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
- Work closely with the IT and Data Engineering teams to ensure alignment between BI initiatives and data architecture.
- Communicate complex analytics findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Oversee the design and optimization of BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or others) to meet the organization’s needs.
- Ensure data integration and reporting processes are streamlined and automated for efficiency.
- Advise on improvement in BI processes and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability and drive innovation within the team.
Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure all BI activities comply with internal data governance standards and external regulatory requirements.
