Who are we looking for?
Strong technical experience in TPF
Technical Skills:
• Strong technical experience in TPF, IBM Tool Kit as mandatory skillset
• TPFDF, SPM and Assembler
• SabreTalk knowledge is an added advantage.
• Airlines domain experience useful.
Behavioral Skills:
• Ability to work on pressure incidents work with various team with flexible hours based on production priority
• Ability to solve Technical problems in high pressure (War Room) situations and work with various internal teams
• Clear communication with various teams and customers on investigations and status
Qualification:
•   Bachelor of Engineering
About the practice/ Project:
•   Include a liner about the project/ account/ kind of work etc.
•   L3 – Problem Management for quick production problem investigation and fixes
•   Maintenance and L3 changes deployment into production
•   Work closely with delivery, infrastructure and other teams to coordinate for delivery and infrastructure changes to support them for implementation
•   Explore automation for any housekeeping or faults clearing, improve proactive alerting, initiatives for application stability
