Direct Support Professional (Caregiver, DSP)

Full Time or Part Positions available. Starting rate of $15 to $16 per hour with set or flexible schedule options. Enjoy the flexibility and work life balance. Limited 1^st shift and Power weekend availability. 

The Position: 

ADEC Inc is looking for Direct Support Professionals (caregivers/DSP) to increase the independence of persons with disabilities living in group homes or supported living sites by providing active treatment and personal assistance while maintaining a clean and comfortable home-like environment.                                                  

Job Responsibilities:

• Personal Care – bathroom needs, cleaning, meals, activities, and more
• Transportation – Any community-based activities, appointments, and outings needed
• Administering Medication and Charting
• Meal Preparation
• Household Duties and more!

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift 60 pounds
• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of car insurance
• Pass background and negative drug test
