We are looking for a Corporate Facilities Mechanic who will grow at our Marysville, OH Corporate Headquarters. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for the upkeep of our World Headquarters to ensure our facilities are kept in pristine condition. Under the direction of our Facilities Manager, you will perform general maintenance, assist with renovation and construction projects and utilize our facilities systems. In this role you will: Inspect existing systems (electrical, plumbing, heating/air etc.) and document issues through our preventative maintenance program Perform electrical maintenance and repair work on low voltage control systems Perform a wide range of facilities renovation, maintenance, and repair work Operate, test, install, and repair mechanical facilities equipment and systems including HVAC and plumbing systems Estimate the costs of materials and labor for a variety of corporate projects Purchase products, supplies and tools required for daily projects and tasks Expense management and record keeping and reconciling of all expenses for projects, repairs, service, maintenance and control products applications Project planning, management and execution Perform daily practices of conforming to all associated safety practices and company policies for: the job at hand, equipment in use, location and the people involved The perfect person will have: High School Diploma or GED. Degree/Trade school or maintenance certificate is preferred. 3-10 years of experience in building maintenance Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems The ability to use a variety of tools and power equipment Proficiency with computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy objects using a variety of tools Communication - clear, concise and timely Some other nice to have’s: Relationship Building - work with fellow associates, at all levels as well as contractors and suppliers Innovative - bring forth new ideas and improved ways to help improve the way the department functions Passionate - be engaged and work enthusiastically towards yours and company’s goalsThe starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $52,500.00 - $61,800.00 per year.
