The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

 

As a Sub-Dealer Sales 分销商渠道管理经理, you will achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within Guangdong,Guangxi and Hainan region. This position is intended for individuals who have basic sales management experience and have demonstrated the ability to apply basic team management skills and manage sales team . You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

 

工作职责:

- 负责广东、广西、海南区域的市场和中小医院开发、客户服务和销售工作。

- 推广公司产品,管理分销商渠道及中小医院销售,完成销售任务指标。

- 制定销售计划,按计划拜访客户,开发新客户,扩大市场份额。

- 规划和管理时间与资源,有效覆盖区域,协调销售相关活动。

 

任职要求:

- 医学相关专业,全日制本科及以上学历。

- 三年以上医疗销售经验,有渠道销售经验者优先。

- 具备自我学习和销售能力,能独立完成公司交付的任务。

- 抗压能力强,善于解决复杂问题,有团队合作精神。

- 乐观勤奋,积极向上,具备创造性思维。

- 人品端正,敢于承担责任,实事求是。
