Customer Service Representative — Remote
Fully remote contract role in the insurance industry supporting disability and life claims. Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and clerical support related to disability and life claims.
• Support business-as-usual (BAU) activities and operational tasks.
• Maintain accurate and organized records in accordance with company standards.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet service level targets.
• Utilize standard software tools and systems for documentation and communication.
What you will need to succeed:
• Post-secondary education is an asset but not required.
• Proven experience in an administrative, clerical, or contact center role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in claims processing, is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
