Are you a people-first problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator, where you’ll be the Voice of the Customer—ensuring every interaction is smooth, supportive, and exceeds expectations.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for customer inquiries, product support, and service solutions. You’ll play a key part in building lasting relationships and delivering the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Manage a high volume of inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Accurately update customer accounts and process orders
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-up
  • Deliver clear, complete, and accurate information using provided tools and resources
  • Support team goals and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by leadership
