The Role
We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional to join our Core Fixed Income team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This team manages our investment-grade fixed income strategies, including municipal, corporate, and structured products. You’ll contribute to portfolio construction, trade execution, and investment research, while helping ensure portfolios align with risk and performance objectives. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze fixed income opportunities across investment-grade sectors.
  • Execute trades and manage portfolios using internal systems and broker networks.
  • Monitor portfolios for compliance with investment policy and risk parameters.
  • Conduct forward-looking analytics and simulations to evaluate risk and yield curve positioning.
  • Contribute to strategy development and portfolio construction.
  • Maintain relationships with broker-dealers and service providers.
  • Support client advisors and assist with sales and service efforts.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in fixed income research, trading, or analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, or a related field.
  • CFA Charterholder or actively pursuing designation preferred.
  • Must obtain SIE and Series 65 within six months of hire.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg and Excel; experience with BondEdge®, APX, or Moxy is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or SQL is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
