Senior Inventory Analyst, uBreakiFix Distro 

Location: Remote, USA

What you will be doing:  

The Senior Inventory Analyst plays a key role in supporting inventory management operations across the uBreakiFix network of retail stores and affiliated warehouses. This position focuses on executing a variety of operational tasks that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. 

In this role, the analyst will leverage a deep understanding of both corporate and franchise store models to support the overall needs of Distro, and its customers, while working to deliver solutions that will help strengthen our supply chainThe ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. They will contribute to the development, implementation, and oversight of new processes and policies. 

 

This is a hands-on role that requires a comprehensive understanding of the business. A strong emphasis is placed on data analytics—capturing, organizing, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Candidates should have prior experience in inventory management and a passion for optimizing inventory performance through innovative strategies. 

 

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Become a subject matter expert on franchise and corporate store operations and the down stream supply chain implications of those approaches 

  • Drive competitive analysis to ensure best quality, pricing and availability 

  • Mitigate inventory risk and fraud through appropriate existing controls 

  • Assist with managing 3rd party vendors such as MobileSentrix 

  • Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to identify inefficiencies in inventory processes 

  • Participate in projects to implement best practices in inventory management and system improvements. 

  • Help drive initiatives to streamline processes, reduce excess inventory, and improve overall warehouse productivity. 

  • On-going review of product pricing and availability to support Distro participation 

  • Assist with other supply chain initiatives as assigned 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail 

  • Good organizational and analytical skills, including deep knowledge of Excel 

  • Desire to work in a results-oriented, matrixed, fast growth environment 

  • Intellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity 

 

 

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted 

  • 3-5 years of experience with Inventory Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management 

  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Natural curiosity with a passion for problem solving and delivering results 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Collaborative personality balanced with an uncompromising drive to deliver for our customers 

  • Working knowledge of Portal, Service Bench and/or DAX
