About this Role

We are currently looking to expand our financials consulting team with self-motivated applicants. Applicants for this role should be comfortable working in a team environment and dealing with client business teams. Financial consultants will be an integral part of Workday deployments and will work to solve complex problems for our customers while providing industry and Workday best practices. Areas of expertise should include record to report, procure to pay, or order to cash.

In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisors Consultant plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our processes, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute to projects as well as contribute internally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand Workday methodology and deliver financial workstreams within scope and timeline of the project
  • Educate both client and our internal junior resources on effective approaches to utilizing and managing Workday financials functionality
  • Leverage Workday and industry best practice knowledge to deliver Workday product
  • Manage design sessions with customer to extract design needs and translate into Workday functionality
  • Document design decisions and maintain library of design needs
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance for the Workday financials workstreams

Relevant skills and experience:

  • 6+ years relevant experience in financials workstreams including FDM, record to report and order to cash
  • Experience in Tax, Security and Assets would be beneficial
  • Ability to lead Workday financials implementations
  • Strong experience in mentoring junior resource
  • Workday certification required
  • Prior consulting or industry experience required
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
