Operations Specialist - R&D

Some of the tasks you will be entrusted with

As our new R&D Technical Operations Specialist, you will manage and support the generation and maintenance of Product Data Sheets (PDS) and play a key role in formula and quality code management using our R&D core digital application (ProductVision)

Key responsibilities:

PDS Support

• Coordinate and maintain the global PDS generation process for new and existing products, including managing translations
• Ensure compliance with the established PDS workflow and support global stakeholders across R&D, Product Management, and Operations
• Manage requests related to our products via ticketing system (ServiceNow)
• Lead process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and adapt to evolving organisational needs
• Support and train users in the PDS process, and maintain internal documentation, standard procedures and policies, and support tools

Formula & Data Management

• Create and maintain corporate formulas and quality codes in formulation system (ProductVision)
• Maintain and update Laboratory Instructions, Test Methods, and Test Protocols
• Update material and formula properties to support the generation of PDSs and SDSs
• Distribute technical documentation

What we expect you to have in your backpack as background and experience

• Experience in process and data management within an R&D or technical operations environment will be preferred.
• Familiarity with formulation software (e.g., ProductVision) is a strong advantage
• Excellent attention to detail, structure, and quality control mindset
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills across functions and regions
• Flare for digital tools
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
