职位概述
1. 负责开发、维护和发展销售渠道网络,包括:
代理商渠道的开发、培训、维护和监督管理,政策层面的沟通、问题的处理等
制定年度销售订单计划、管理代销商销售活动
2. 负责所辖区域销售活动管理,包括:
了解电梯基础知识
了解电梯产品基本参数、规格、性能优势及特点并能向客户及代理商清晰介绍
理解公司的销售政策、相关业务流程并能在工作中有效执行
项目信息收集,掌握所辖区域市场的项目信息
制作报价文件、投标文件、合同、客户函件等文本资料
应收款的回收;
所辖区域月度指标预测;并百分百确保预测完成率,推进达成年度销售目标,对年度销售业绩负责
3. 领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求:
1、 2年以上销售相关工作经验,有电梯改造销售经历&新梯销售经历的优先;
2、 具有较强的沟通和协调能力;
3、 具有较强的市场敏锐度和客户掌控能力;
4、 熟练掌握并使用计算机办公软件;
