1. 负责开发、维护和发展销售渠道网络，包括：
代理商渠道的开发、培训、维护和监督管理，政策层面的沟通、问题的处理等
制定年度销售订单计划、管理代销商销售活动

2. 负责所辖区域销售活动管理，包括：

了解电梯基础知识
了解电梯产品基本参数、规格、性能优势及特点并能向客户及代理商清晰介绍
理解公司的销售政策、相关业务流程并能在工作中有效执行
项目信息收集，掌握所辖区域市场的项目信息
制作报价文件、投标文件、合同、客户函件等文本资料

应收款的回收；

所辖区域月度指标预测；并百分百确保预测完成率，推进达成年度销售目标，对年度销售业绩负责

3. 领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求:

1、 2年以上销售相关工作经验，有电梯改造销售经历&新梯销售经历的优先；

2、具有较强的沟通和协调能力；

3、具有较强的市场敏锐度和客户掌控能力；

4、熟练掌握并使用计算机办公软件；
