About the team

We have a strong consulting team working on a complex transformation projects in Czech Republic and the CEE region as well as on projects in the Western Europe in cooperation with our colleagues there.  

To further expand our team and our capabilities we agreed with our German colleagues to build a German speaking consulting team in Prague. The team will become embedded part of the broad German Financial Services consulting team.  

About Your Manager

Irina Stoianova is a manager in the Technology Consulting team, specializing in post-merger integrations, business operations, and strategy for financial institutions. In projects, she functions as a project manager and business analyst, creating and calculating business cases for clients and is also responsible for their implementation during the execution phase, helping clients achieve savings and operational efficiency. You might find Irina at the gym or the pool before or after work. She enjoys spending her free time with friends or at home with a book and her two cats.

Job description & summary

  • You will work on projects with our clients

Requirements of the role
  • Czech or Slovak language is a must

  • Passion for technology and its applications for businesses

  • Good understanding of economics and management issues 

  • Open approach in finding innovative solutions 

  • Willingness to learn new tools and solutions 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - essential in everyday life, daily collaboration with clients and the team
