What we are looking for:

As the Advocate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and coaching a team of Nurse/Allied Advocates to achieve success - many of whom may be new to the organization as we continue to grow our teams. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the team, holding them accountable to key metrics, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Your leadership will be critical in inspiring your team, helping them develop the skills to build strong relationships with clinicians, solve problems proactively, and deliver exceptional experiences. In addition to developing individual contributors, you’ll foster a high-performing, growth-oriented sales culture, encouraging your team to consistently meet and exceed placement goals. 

You will build team morale by fostering a positive and motivating work environment, ensuring the team stays engaged and energized as they navigate the fast-paced nature of healthcare staffing. With your extensive experience in healthcare staffing and leading recruitment teams, you will set the standard for performance, while driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team. You’ll balance individual coaching and development with the overall accountability for team metrics, ensuring high standards of service are met across the board.

Your responsibilities:

An Advocate Manager leads a team of Advocates with the primary goal of significantly increasing the number of active working clinicians placed. This involves comprehensive training, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and effectively relaying team feedback to cross-functional partners.

  • Oversee day-to-day for their team members to ensure team members are hitting their goals and KPIs
  • Evaluate team’s performance and provide feedback  and support to help team members improve and grow
  • Coach and develop advocates post onboarding to ensure they succeed in developing the full range of skills needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and upper management or other departments to plan and improve performance, and remove barriers 
  • Facilitate clear and open communication within the team and ensure that information is disseminated effectively.
  • Identify and address challenges or obstacles within workflows that may impact the team's performance. Develop and implement solutions to overcome these issues.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment. Recognize and celebrate team achievements and provide support to keep morale high.

You have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting or a revenue generating role is required
  • At least 1 year leadership experience - managing, coaching, and up-leveling a high performing team
  • Demonstrable proficiency with modern business software tools and technologies
  • Ability to use data and metrics to inform performance conversation, goal setting , and prioritization
  • Top performer as an Advocate or in equivalent position that required retention and recruiting
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly both verbally and in writing
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • AA/AS or BA/BS degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare staffing, recruiting or a revenue generating role preferred

Trusted reasonably anticipates the below to be the annual base salary range for this role. The final compensation for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what Trusted reasonably anticipates for this position. We are committed to transparency, and any compensation questions will be addressed early in our recruitment process.

$82,665$92,996 USD
