Job description

Onboard trading partners and EDI documents

· Maintain EDI systems by updating trading partner connections and certificates, updating EDI setup data, and performing other related tasks

· Facilitate updates to EDI business logic as business requirements change

· Assist EDI Coordinators with complex EDI import errors

· Audit EDI systems to ensure the timely processing and sending of EDI documents

· Take on advanced EDI research projects

· Document changes to EDI processes

Requirements

· Bachelors Degree Preferred

· 5+ years of EDI experience

· Prior experience onboarding EDI trading partners and EDI documents

· Proficient skills with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)

· Strong attention to detail with analytical problem solving abilities

· Comfortable interacting with customer EDI teams

· Comfortable supporting other EDI personnel with advanced EDI needs

· Ability to provide remote support during off hours when needed
